The conference is aimed at researchers and practitioners working with, and for, socially and emotionally vulnerable children and young people. Delegates will include professionals working in education, health, social care and academia.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship is offered at the following levels but companies are welcome to negotiate individual packages with the organisers. Please contact SEBDA-IC-2023@sebda.org
Opportunities also exist for companies to sponsor specific aspects of the conference. For example:
- The Bronze Package (£250): Your company logo on all event marketing materials and in the conference brochure.
- The Silver Package (£500): Everything in the Bronze Package, plus on-screen sponsorship logo between sessions.
- The Gold Package (£1,000): Everything in the Bronze and Silver Packages, plus a breakout room named after your company and logo on each conference website page.
- The Platinum Package (£1,500): Everything in the Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages, plus prominent onscreen company logo during introduction to all keynote presentations and the conference poster.
Opportunities also exist for companies to sponsor specific aspects of the conference. For example:
- Sponsorship for a student from a refugee or asylum-seeking background
- Travel expenses of CYP contributing to the conference
- Sponsorship to enable a PHD student to attend
- Sponsorship of a particular keynote presentation
- The conference gala dinner.
Advertising
- Exhibitor stands at the venue:
- Exhibitor stands are available at a cost of £250.
- We have space for approximately 15 exhibitors.
- There will be plenty of time for delegates to browse the stands during lunch, morning and afternoon breaks.
- If you are representing a charity and presenting at the conference, we are pleased to offer you an exhibition space free of charge. Please email SEBDA-IC-2023@sebda.org to discuss.
